  • General

    • Accessing the website www.maaeyecare.com indicates that you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you wish not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The content and materials in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • Eligibility

    • While using the services provided by us , You should be at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who in such a case will be deemed as the 

    • recipient / end-user of the Services for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Our Services include

    • Creating and maintaining user accounts which may require personal details including your name, email address, birth date, gender, etc.

    • Scheduling an appointment for virtual consultation with a doctor listed on . Virtual consultations on the App shall be available for family physician & multi specialties.You will receive a confirmation of appointment for a virtual consultation  via SMS, email and Maa-eyecare reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice. The time provided for consultation to you is indicative and actual consultation time may vary depending on the consulting doctor’s discretion.

    • Consultations can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled free of cost in minimum fifteen minutes left from consult slot start time for virtual consult .Maximum 3 free reschedules are allowed for virtual consult

    • Your consulting doctor reserves the right to provide post consultation free review.

  • Pricing and Payment

    • Internet banking or debit / credit card which is owned by you can be used for making payment by as we direct to our

    • Trusted payment gateway partners once you proceed to make payment of Service fees.

    • All the information stored is confidential and not shared with any third party unless required by law

  • Cancellation and Refunds will not be entertained for appointment services ,only a change of booking is provided .

  • Limitations

    • Maaeyecare is not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on its website, even if Maaeyecare authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

  • Accuracy of materials

    • Material appearing on  Maaeyecare may include  technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Maaeyecare does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Maaeyecare has the rights to change  the materials on its website at any time without notice. Maaeyecare does not make any commitment to update the materials on an ongoing basis.

    • Maaeyecare has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Using of any such linked website is at user’s own risk.

    • These terms and conditions are governed  in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
